Piebald

The moment I saw this leaf I thought "Piebald!". This was my favorite GRE word. Its interesting how some words remain stuck in your imagination. This word means patches of color originally used to describe the irregular patches of black and white on horses or cows. Its such a soft and lovely word, I simply adore it. Do you have any such favorite word?

My favorite GRE word was 'ambrosia'. meaning a feast or a delight. That is also what I felt about this picture. Lovely riot of colours!
